John Schuett founded the company in 1968 and semi retired in 2007. Amy
Schuett is the president and Real Estate Broker. TSCI employs two regional
property managers, a property manager administrator, controller, and accounting
clerk as well as approximately ninety on-site employees.
We are a licensed Real Estate Brokerage. We strongly believe in industry training
and education and our employees are Certified Occupancy Technicians. In 2005,
Minnesota Housing Finance Agency recognized TSCI as a “Partner of Choice in
Affordable Housing Ownership/Management/ Services”.
